ABOUT Amanda

Amanda Vitiello is an actor and producer based bi-coastally between San Francisco / Los Angeles and New York.

Amanda was recently featured in The Lehman Trilogy at the American Conservatory Theater (ACT), directed by the award-winning Sam Mendes. 

In 2026, she will appear in The Christians at Cinnabar Theater and in the world premiere of Shades and Shadows in San Francisco.

In 2025, she starred in the SF Bay Area premiere of Meet Me at Dawn at Mercury Theater – earning a nomination for Lead Performance in a Drama for her work.

On screen, Amanda has appeared on Mad Men opposite Jon Hamm.

Amanda holds an MFA in Theatre from UC Davis, where she trained under Bella Merlin, and further developed her comedic craft at The Groundlings. She is also the creator and performer of a one-woman show inspired by her background in burlesque dance, weaving together the personas of Gypsy Rose Lee and Joan of Arc to explore humor, power, and female agency. Her work has also been recognized with a nomination for Principal Performance in a Comedy for Cry It Out at Cinnabar Theater.

In addition to her acting career, Amanda is an active producer. She recently completed the documentary Hair Dream in association with DreamGirls Salon and is a Content Producer for Mat Leave Mamma, a supportive online resource for new and expecting parents.

Amanda’s passion for storytelling extends beyond the stage and screen, and she’s dedicated to creating projects that amplify diverse voices and experiences. When not performing or producing, Amanda enjoys traveling, learning piano, and practicing Italian.
