Meet Amanda!
Amanda Vitiello is a versatile actress and producer based bi-coastally between San Francisco / Los Angeles and New York.
With a reputation for emotional depth and comedic brilliance, Amanda brings authenticity and range to every role she tackles.
Amanda was recently featured in The Lehman Trilogy at the American Conservatory Theater (ACT), directed by the award-winning Sam Mendes. This critically acclaimed production saw Amanda contribute to its fast-paced, sweeping narrative. In 2025, she will take on the title role in the world premiere of The Trials of Maud Allan at The Marsh Berkeley and star in the SF Bay Area premiere of Meet Me at Dawn at Mercury Theater.
A graduate of UC Davis with an MFA in Theatre, Amanda trained under the mentorship of Bella Merlin and further honed her craft at The Groundlings. She also wrote and performed a one-woman show, inspired by her background in burlesque dance, vacillating between the personas of Gypsy Rose Lee and Joan of Arc—a unique blend of humor, strength, and provocative storytelling. She has received wide praise for her performances, including a nomination for Principal Performance in a Comedy for her role in Cry It Out at Cinnabar Theater.
In addition to her acting career, Amanda is an active producer. She is currently working on a documentary in association with DreamGirls Salon, championing underrepresented stories. She is also the producer and editor of the Raising Mama podcast, which explores the challenges and joys of motherhood, creativity, and personal growth.
Amanda’s passion for storytelling extends beyond the stage and screen, and she’s dedicated to creating projects that amplify diverse voices and experiences.
When not performing or producing, Amanda enjoys traveling, learning Krav Maga, and playing piano. Her passion for personal growth and artistic exploration continues to drive her in all aspects of her career.
